– Mr. O’s Safety First Driving School is duly licensed and authorized by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) of the Commonwealth of Virginia to conduct a driver training school operation in the State. You can also access our information and registration at the Virginia DMV web-site (www.dmvnow.com) under registered schools in Reston. We take the safety of our drivers seriously and look forward to helping you develop a solid and careful driving skills.
Students 19 years of age and older may hold the Learner’s Permit for 30 days in lieu of completing a driver training course. Adults are charged at an hourly rate for in-car instructions. Attendance at a driving school is not required for students over 19 years of age to secure a Drivers’ License.

Refund of any fees/tuition or any part thereof will be provided as long as it is requested 5 days prior to the beginning of the in-vehicle training. Tuition or fees paid can be deferred or applied to the next available training session on request
Missed or No-Show in-vehicle training must be made-up within a maximum period of 5 days before a Certificate of Completion can be issued. Students will be charged $50.00 for each day missed.
A fee of $10.00 will be charged for the replacement of a lost completion paper/document
